Ideal for emergency or affordable housing applications, the Milton model’s mirrored design ensures it can be quickly replicated and adapted for mass production, supporting community shelter projects and high-demand housing needs.

4A Container Model (aka “The Helene”)
The 4A Container Model, also known as “The Helene,” combines four separate 20-foot containers, optimizing space for family or shared housing needs. The upper layout mirrors “The Milton,” with one bedroom, one bath, and a kitchenette area, creating two independent living spaces. The bottom half expands the layout with four bedrooms (two on each side), each equipped with its own closet. Residents can access the central kitchenette area, which doubles as a living room or flexible sleeping space with options for futons. The 4A’s modular, mirrored design allows for easy mass production, providing a scalable, practical solution for larger housing projects or community shelters.
