The upper layout mirrors “The Milton,” with one bedroom, one bath, and a kitchenette area, creating two independent living spaces. The bottom half expands the layout with four bedrooms (two on each side), each equipped with its own closet. Residents can access the central kitchenette area, which doubles as a living room or flexible sleeping space with options for futons.
