A licensed engineer's word, in writing, in days.

Sealed letters for building departments, lenders and insurers. Where the work can be verified from evidence, you capture it with our guidance and a PE reviews the record. Where it can't, we come out. Either way, you know which before you pay.

How it works

Guided capture. Engineered judgment.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us what you have

A few taps, then upload photos, permits or plans. The intake tells you exactly what is needed for your case, and whether it is remote-eligible, before anyone commits.

  2. Step 2

    Capture, or we visit

For remote-eligible work you follow a photo and document checklist built for your case. Concealed, risky or ambiguous conditions go to a site visit instead — we tell you before you pay.

  3. Step 3

    Reviewed, sealed, delivered

A licensed PE reviews the record, issues the letter under seal and delivers it by secure link, addressed to whoever asked for it.

Questions

What is an engineer letter?

A short, sealed statement from a licensed professional engineer that answers a specific question — is this structure adequate, was this work done to code, does this foundation meet the lender's standard. Building departments, lenders and insurers accept it as a professional opinion of record.

Can it be done remotely?

Often. When the work is visible or was documented before it was covered, we guide you through capturing photos and documents and a licensed PE reviews that record. When conditions are concealed, ambiguous or structurally risky, we say so up front and schedule a visit — we travel several times a month across the states we are licensed in.

How fast?

Most remote letters are issued within 1–2 business days of a complete record. Fixed-price certifications show the price first; everything else is scoped and quoted before any work begins.

What does it cost?

Manufactured home foundation certifications are $450 flat and Boxabl / modular letters $495 flat. Other letters typically run $295–$1,500 depending on scope, and you see the number before you pay.
