Certification & Outcomes:

• An Engineer-signed foundation certification letter will only be issued if your submitted results confirm the slab meets the required conditions and applicable building codes.
• Non-destructive testing results may be inconclusive in some rare cases due to unique slab conditions or improper submission. If your submission fails to provide conclusive results or the slab does not meet standards, we will provide recommendations for corrections.

Pricing & Refund Policy:

• Prequalification Review (Before Shipping):

  After purchase, Oasis Engineering performs a preliminary engineer review of the submitted project information to confirm that non-destructive verification is appropriate.

  • If we determine before shipping that the project does not qualify, no equipment will be shipped and the full $300.00 payment will be refunded.

  Equipment Shipment & Non-Refundable Portion:
  Once the verification kit ships, $100.00 of the $300.00 total becomes non-refundable, as it covers equipment handling, shipping, return logistics, and administrative costs already incurred.

  Certification Outcome:
  If the slab does not meet required standards, or if submitted results are inconclusive, no certification will be issued. In those cases, the full $300.00 payment may be credited toward a full engineer site visit by Oasis Engineering (typical cost ranges from $700–$900).

Equipment Return Policy:

• You must return the concrete scanner and all kit materials using the provided prepaid return label within 10 business days of kit delivery.
• Failure to return the equipment, or if the equipment is returned damaged or with missing components, will result in forfeiture of your entire $300.00 payment. The replacement value of the equipment exceeds the kit’s purchase price.
