Identify your slab edge — clear away any grass, mulch, or debris using the trowel tool. Use the tape measure to document exposed slab thickness. Snap a clear photo with the tape showing the depth. Power on the MT-7 scanner and scan slab areas to detect rebar or mesh. Use the tape squares to mark areas where rebar is detected. Snap photos with the tape visibly marking the spots. Complete the online submission form using the QR code provided in your email or visit oasisengineering.com/slab-upload Upload your photos, scan results, and answer the checklist questions. 📝 Submission Checklist 📸 Photo of slab edge with measuring tape showing depth 📸 At least 3 rebar scan locations marked with tape (photo required) 📍 Site plan or sketch of where the structure is located on the slab 📄 Any known details about slab thickness, pour date, or rebar spacing 📬 Equipment Return Instructions Once you’ve uploaded your documentation: Re-pack all items in the original case. Apply the prepaid UPS return label to the box.
