Model A153 uses a 53ft high-cube container, the longest standard box there is, to get a one-bedroom home with rooms that are actually rooms: an 85 sq ft bedroom with a sliding glass door to the outside, a 30 sq ft bath with a 48-inch shower, a separate utility room for the washer, dryer and water heater, a 110 sq ft kitchen with a dishwasher, wall oven and microwave, full fridge and breakfast bar, and an 82 sq ft living room behind French doors. Every room has a window; the kitchen and living room have tempered-glass picture windows down the long wall.

Bedroom (12'-2" x 7'-0", 85 sq ft): End-wall window, sliding glass door to the outside that doubles as the emergency escape, closet behind a pocket door. Bathroom (7'-4" x 4'-0", 30 sq ft): 33.75" x 48" shower, toilet and vanity, barn door. Utility Room (4'-0" x 4'-0", 16 sq ft): Washer/dryer, water heater and shelves, behind its own barn door. Kitchen (15'-9" x 7'-0", 110 sq ft): Dishwasher, sink, 24" oven with microwave, 24" x 36" fridge, countertop run and a breakfast bar. Living Room (11'-9" x 7'-0", 82 sq ft): Sofa and media console, French-door entry on one side, half-glass door on the other, end-wall window. Openings: Door and window schedule on the plan with sizes, sill heights, U-factor and SHGC for every opening, ready for an energy check.

A note on the doors. some municipalities require a swing door for egress and limit the size of openings in a container wall without added framing. This plan already has a French door and a half-glass swing door at the living room; check your local requirements for the bedroom's sliding door before you order. Changes are a small part of the site-specific engineering.
