What our letters certify
Our letters certify foundation compliance with HUD’s Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing (PFGMH) — the standard FHA, VA, and USDA lenders require for manufactured home purchases and refinances. Each letter is reviewed and sealed by a licensed Professional Engineer, and no certification is issued until the engineer can confirm the foundation meets the applicable PFGMH criteria. The engineer retains the unconditional right to request additional photos or a site visit.
Full-service review — how it works
Submit your appraisal, photos, and documents below — no payment now. A licensed engineer reviews your file and follows up within one business day with next steps, a quote, and a service agreement. Best for complex properties, likely site visits, and lender- or attorney-managed files.
Straightforward property? The Express DIY option is $450 flat with a 1–2 business day turnaround — start right now, no scheduling.
If we’re unable to certify your foundation or otherwise assist you, we refund you in full — 100%.
Transparent Process and Fees: We believe in a transparent and customer-centric approach. Any additional requirements, such as a site visit due to specific site conditions or scope of work, will be communicated in advance. Site visits may incur additional fees and travel arrangements, which will be clearly outlined and require your approval before proceeding. No additional fees will be assessed without your explicit consent.
Turnkey Service for Engineering Letters: Our service is designed to be turnkey, efficiently addressing typical engineering letter needs. We aim to resolve most cases within 1–2 business days, ensuring a swift and professional response to your engineering challenges. For full submittal packages that include drawings, material and component specifications, please let us know. This scope is meant to provide the engineering letter to be used by client for their inspection compliance needs and does not include us performing the engineering drawings.
